Great stay for Easter weekend! The included breakfast had everything I needed to start my day with a full stomach. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was a great touch.
The emergency lighting in the stairwells and hallways was not functioning properly during my stay, which was a safety concern. The room was serviced by housekeeping later than I expected in the afternoon, and desk staff had difficulty providing information about local facilities and services.

Free snacks and coffee in the lobby, good location near restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel had an unpleasant smell throughout, including the hallways and our room. The emergency lighting wasn't functioning well and there were no contingency plans in place for disruptions. Housekeeping was lacking and the breakfast supplies were low. not a great experience.

During our city trip, we stayed at a hotel that had two complementary features that we enjoyed. First, the breakfast was amazing and had a variety of dishes to choose from. Second, the staff was really friendly and accommodating. Moreover, the location of the hotel was great! It was close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also appreciated the fact that it was easy to find.
The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and had a musty smell. Additionally, the noise from the nearby highway was sometimes loud and could be heard throughout the night.

This hotel is conveniently located near numerous dining and shopping options. The room service provided was exceptional. The view from the hotel was splendid. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the exceptional leisure facilities like the gym and pool.
The elevator was too slow.

couple; we loved the room, it was clean and maintain. the hotel staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great.
if you stay on the second floor bring ear plugs for the morning, people walking around up stairs are very loud.
